ZOO

We went to the Dallas Zoo this week for playgroup. I think the Twins had alot of fun. Jaxon was great! The kids are under 3, so they were free. I paid $5, so it was a cheap outing.
Weston trying something new. I'm so proud.
They loved the tree slide.
Sami and Norah sharing a seat near the end of the day. She looks tired doesn't she?
Lovin the slide.
All the kids being silly with whatever they found on the ground.

Valentine's Day

Since Daddy is already gone when we wake up. We did Valentine gifts last night. Which went great until they decided they wanted CANDY. But I'm not giving 2 year olds candy at 9 pm. This morning all dressed up for the day. Aren't they CUTE!
The best part of my day was the twins sitting at the breakfast table pointing to their shirts saying "like shirt"over and over again.
I made them each their own photo book. Which was a BIG hit.
I made valentine's to give to their friends at music makers today.
I made Seth a Candy Bouquet.
My plan was to deliver it at work, flowers are always delivered right? He felt left out last night with everyone getting a gift. I'm surprised, usually he is very patient and not wanting to do things early...wait he tried to talk me into Christmas early too...what's going on!

So I left Jax completely out. I could have made him an adorable XO onesie to match the twins but didn't think about it till today. Hope he'll forgive me.

another ice/snow day

So I took pictures and finished a project. I might get more done... I love it when my husband is home!
I gave Sami piggy tails today...
...loved that she kept saying "piggy" as I was doing her hair.
Wes I mean Gusgus loving his german pancakes.

(so I need to make an effort to call him Gus, as Sami is calling him "Hottie". Don't know where she came up with that. She can't say Weston or Wes, but she can say Gus. Weston just saw this picture, pointed and said "hottie foood". So now he is calling himself hottie. Maybe I just need to learn the twin language.)
Love Jax sticking up hair in the back, like alfalfa
Matching valentine shirts for the twins. I'll post pictures or them wearing on Monday. Along with the gift I made Seth!

Just Cuteness and snow

Miss Sami - I think they are growing up!
Trying to get a picture of a smiling baby is nearly impossible.
But I'll keep trying!
Don't you just love his hair? I do!
Wes - they both smile and say cheese whenever they see the camera.
The trick is to get them to smile while I'm actually taking the picture.
This is the view from my front porch today.

We have been stuck at home since Tuesday. The snow started last night. Before that it was icy roads. 20 degree weather and what the news calls hard freezing has stopped the master bathroom toilet and shower from working. Last weekend it was 70 degrees.

Seth tried to go to work yesterday, but a few miles away his truck started overheating. Really! 17 degrees outside and his truck is over heating! I hate that truck! So I bundled us up and Seth sat in a cold truck waiting 45 minutes for me to bring him some coolant and then he was able to drive his truck home.

My family

Would have preferred smiling and awake kids. But this is us...
Social and normally happy Sami
Shy, serious and sweet Wes
Hanging out Jax
Seth and I totally blessed to have our children.

Did I mention I love my husband and beautiful children? I DO!
